CHOICE OF SERVICES
Drop Off: Drop off to your event. Minimum Bid 30 People. Food will be delivered hot and ready to serve in disposable pans. The buffet table and all serving utensils are to be supplied by the contracting party. Fee is dependent on mileage. On-Site Catering: "The Works!" Shaw's Texas Style BBQ will provide the buffet table (if needed), serving utensils, chaffing and sterno to keep the food warm during the serving period, set up, and clean up of buffet table and preparation and buffet attendants to serve your guests - buffet style. Leftovers will be wrapped in disposable containers for you to take home. Price for this service option is $85.00 per hour. This includes one cook and two servers. Minimum Bid 50 People. Shaw's will clean up their service area only. Special Rates for Events, Dealer Promos, Grand Openings, Graduations, Family Reunions. Call or fax for info.
